• Irene Wurden is a 25 year resident of the Pacific Northwest, lives on the beautiful Kitsap Peninsula (near Seattle), Washington, USA. Licensed in Washing State since 1988, and a full time REALTOR® since 1994, Associate Broker since 1999. Irene is a Fine Homes Specialist, e-certified, Graduate Real Estate Institute and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) since 2006. Most importantly Irene's exceptional ability to relate to people, her deep understanding of the real estate marketing process, her professionalism, marketing style, and her bright and outgoing personality allow her to meet and many times exceed her clients’ high expectations. Irene has received many awards including most inspirational, Top Producer, President's Circle, Chairman's Circle Gold and others. Prior to making Washington State her home, Irene lived in Bulgaria and France and traveled (or lived) in many European countries, along with Northern Africa. She has friends and family in Bulgaria, France, Greece, England, Belgium, Germany, Jordan, Australia, and the USA. Irene is fluent in English, Bulgarian, and French, knowledgeable in Russian.
